Interesting, it definitely said 4 when I ordered yesterday!

    Hiya,

Have you got any confirmation that you ordered 4 because it did say 4 and now says A Beanbag.

Or anyone who ordered yesterday, tried to find a cache page but not sure how.

  • It was for four but just recd this email this afternoon at 13.45
not sure where I stand now.
    Can any one help.

    Hello

Thank you for purchasing a deal from MoneySupermarket.

We’re really sorry, but we made a mistake.

The deal you bought was not for a set of 4 beanbags, and should have read:

£39.75 instead of £75 for a faux leather beanbag in a choice of colours including P&P

Eep I would request a refund since it was not as advertised and they admitted it was their mistake. They have now changed the wording to read "£39.75 instead of £75 for a faux leather beanbag in a choice of colours including P&P"

Claribel, can you alter the thread title to attract attention from others who have ordered?

How unprofessional of them to not offer a refund in their e-mail.

I would have thought they would have to honour it for those they have taken payment from?

Edited, what a farce and i agree refund should routinely be offered when they have made a huge error, i mean a set of four how wrong could it be

That could make the retailer go bust though and it sounds like it was not their fault because MoneySupermarket admitted responsibility.

Why on earth would you want one, let alone four of those things? They look horrible!?
