£5 Voucher For Amazon Trade-Ins?

Did anyone else see this on the Amazon uk site at the weekend? You had to trade-in two eligible books or games before midnight on Sunday 5th Feb and the offer was that in addition to the price you were being paid you would receive an extra £5 Amazon gift card.
Well I had two books accepted for trade-in, sent them off and received notification today that they had been received and accepted and the proceeds credited to my account by means of a gift card. But when I checked, I just received the price paid for the books, there was no sign of the promised extra £5 gift card.
The offer details have now vanished off the Amazon website so there is no way to check the T&Cs, but as far as I am aware, provided you traded in two items, didn't cancel it and the items were received in stated condition, you would get the £5.
So where is it, and how do I prove this offer ever existed? Did I imagine it? Is it some elaborate con?

I found the t&c page in my history this morning after thinking the same thing.
One of the terms state that you will recieve the £5 voucher within 5 buisness days of them recieving your items.
So its best to give it til at least Friday before chasing it up

Thank you also to the kind Moderator who moved this to the "It's Gone But Was It Any Good?" section. I did think, after I had posted the thread, that it probably should have gone in there in the first place - it's easy to be wise after the event, hey?
I take it there's a term to describe posting a new thread and then realising you put it in the wrong section - category remorse?0 -

Link to the T&Cs for this promotion.
I sent off 3 parcels (mine and 2 sons' accounts) and only one has been received, even though they were sent to the same address and posted together. And the one that's been accepted has no word of the £5 voucher either.
Will keep you posted, and it would be good to hear from the OP Fallen again if he/she has had their extra £5 yet, thanks.

Same here - sent of 2 PS2 games (trade in value 60p...) and just had notification that they've been received and accepted and that 60p have been credited to my account. No sign of the £5 bonus. Fingers crossed it'll be credited in the next few days.0

Thanks to Dan2310 who was absolutely on the money with their advice, told me to wait until Friday before complaining and the voucher came today. But a few points to note:
- The voucher was sent as a code which came in an email. So might be worth checking your spam filter if you haven't had an email.
- The email address it came from was order-update@amazon.co.uk
- The title of the email was "Your Amazon.co.uk Trade-In"
- The email didn't arrive until FOUR DAYS after they confirmed that the items had been received.
- The code CANNOT be added to an existing Amazon gift certificate balance, it's one of those codes which can only be redeemed at the time you place an order. I have come across this distinction before and it is annoying because if you don't order anything for ages you have to make sure you don't lose the email
- If you place an order for a £6 free delivery item and use the £5 gift claim code against it and you also have a gift certificate balance, it WILL allow you to use your existing gift certificate balance to pay the difference.
- You can order items to be sent to a different address. I sent a book to my Mother-in-law

I did this trade-in too and although I have received payment for the 2 games I have not had anything about the £5 extra. I've checked emails including spam and nothing there so have emailed them this evening to chase it up.0

It does take 5 working days, so no need to worry yet.
I received my £5 voucher email this morning and cannot use the code!! I've tried to use it at the checkout, as it says in the instructions, and I've also tried to add to my account, but nothing! I'm told:
There was a problem- The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase.
