Unsecured personal loan
Hello,
Im looking for a £10,000 loan for driving lessons and a new car. The problem is most loan companys require you to be over 21 and im only 20, the other problem is Ive only been living in the UK for 3 years of my adult life as I was born here but emigrated to spain when I was younger and now returnd so my credit rating isent that good. I applied for a loan with yesloans and they "accepted" my loan however I recived a letter today asking for £50!!! :rotfl:
Since when do you pay for a loan upfront?
Anyway... what im after is a loan for £10,000 over 10years, repaymets of about £200 a month and a loan company that will give out loans to under 21's.
Thanks for your help in advance.
Ryan

£10000 over 5 years would be around £200 - i dont think there are any banks that will lend over 10 years unsecured.0

Over ten years:eek: , you'll be thirty and still paying for a car that would be then become an old banger, If you are going to be a new driver the insurance on a NEW car is going to be sky high:eek:  in the Thousands!!.
At the moment I am paying for driving lession for my son who is 18. I am paying £220 for lessons in blocks of ten, Theory came to £21.50 (he missed out on a pass by 4 questions!!) just paid another £21.50 for next test. The plan for when he does pass, is to buy a secondhand car for £800 maximum.
As I see it £10,000 for lessons and a new car seems excessive at this point, the money you'll be paying on the repayments could easily cover your lessons and some savings for a decent motor for when you pass.
Lastly, my daughter has changed your car three times since she passed her test at 19, all secondhand including the Audi she is now driving. Do you really want to be paying for your first car ten years later?
Don't tie yourself down to this kind of debt, you'll regret in the long run.
