Change of Name on Deeds

I recently got married and was wondering if I need to change my name on my mortgage deeds. I have informed my mortgage lender and they now have my married name. If I do need to can anyone advise on how I go about it and how much it's likely to cost.

asking for the register to be altered.
You should supply proof of any
change of name (for example, a
copy of a marriage or civil
partnership certificate or a deed
