Working in PPI Claims

Hello,
I have an assessment centre tomorrow to become an administrator for a high street bank. I am required to give a short presentation on PPI Claims and to be honest, I am completely panicking about this. I don't know much about it at all and there is so much information out there that I'm having trouble sifting through it all. I was wondering if someone could explain or provide me with some information with regards to PPI claims? Any help would be much appreciated.

What is a PPI Claim?
Why did the PPI claims come about
What effect did it have on the reputation of the bank?
What has the bank done positively to try and amend the change to their reputation?
What do you believe the bank can do in the future?
Conclusion
I really quickly just came up with that as a guideline to what I would do for the presentation. I am sure others will come and amend to make it better! The Googlewhacker referance is to Dave Gorman and not to my opinion of the search engine!
If I give you advice it is only a view and always always take professional advice before acting!!!
