    It would be interesting to know as to what the hand protection is actually - protecting the hand from!

    As I alluded to earlier, the OP's problem (and other posters) have highlighted the issues of PPE and why it is always better to eliminate a hazard to avoid having to wear PPE in the first place - although I fully appreciate that this (in most cases) is not possible.

    As for the material type gloves I referred to earlier, I obtained (FREE) samples of many varieties for our engineers to try. One type in particular was a very thin Kevlar glove that still allowed dexterity and also prevented cuts -however - as I suspect in the OP's situation, these would be no good in a wet environment.

    I also provided a very thin cotton glove to wear inside rubber gloves (quite possibly similar to the type the staff wear in boots Chemists) - these were intented to absorb sweat when the user was wearing heavy duty rubber gloves.

    The OP really needs to determine what is causing the problem as it will not go away itself.
