My Shopping Rewards Help Needed

I have been cashbacking for years, I chose My Shopping Rewards to join a site recently as it was the highest paying cashback site and this would take me well over the threshold level for payment.

Problem I have got is it didnt track, I waited a week just in case then sent a support ticket and got an automated response saying my query would be delat with in x number of hours... Iheard nothing so did the same again, still nothing.

Does anybody know a contact at My Shopping rewards or is there a rep here on MSE?

Hi there,

I have used MyShoppingRewards and they replied within around three working days. I'm sure that you know, it takes 60 (or 90) days, for all myshoppingrewards to go from pending to payable, and then you need to wait for the PayRun. The good news is that the 60 days is not normally variable.

With this in mind, I don't think that you need to worry about customer support. Most cashback sites take between 24 hours to 5 days to reply.

The main reason why it says that they will reply so quickly, is because they use http://www.msr-support.co.uk/ which is hosted by a helpdesk software company and they have not changed the template for their auto responders.

If they don't contact you back within 10 days, though, then contact their siter company,Affiliate Solutions Ltd.

I do think they are safe and this is what they say on their saftey and stability:

MyShoppingRewards.com has been running since December 2005 and currently has a member base of over 6000,000 members. During this period we have paid out over 2 million pounds to our members with a regular payment run on the 1st working day of each month. MyShoppingRewards.com prides it's self on timely payments to our members and this is one of the reasons why our members have stayed loyal to us for all these years despite the recent crop of lesser know cashback sites springing up.

Any monies from MyShoppingRewards.com is kept separate from any other sites/ventures run by it's parent company Affiliate Solutions Ltd. The money is effectively ring-fenced with a large reserve in place to cover all eventualities.

Hi thanks for your reply. I've actually been a member since about 2007, never had a problem before.

The transaction in question was done late December and has not tracked, I left it a week before contacting them with no reply other than the automated response. I have tried this wtice now again only an automated reponse - I waited a month before posting here on MSE.

A contact email address for My Shopping Rewards would be a massive help is anyone knows of one?

Update!

Contacted Affiliate Solutions Ltd as suggested and cashback was added to my account within 24 hours although still pending but looks like I'll be cashing out soon.
