Positively Happy by Noel Edmunds - Anyone read it?

It's kind of a money saving book so I put it here. It's supposed to motivate you into doing anything you want so if paying your debts or saving money is what you want then this book may motivate you into it.

I'm about half way through this book and I must admit I'm finding it a little irritating. Noel Edmunds has spent most of the book telling you how wonderful his career has been and how everything has worked out right for him and how you can do it. I suppose none of his success has been due to the fact that he is a well known celebrity and after getting a lucky break in the 70's everyone knows who he is so he is obviously going to get TV jobs offered him.

Noel Edmunds has been in the TV wilderness for years. It is only Deal or No Deal that has brought him back. I think if it had been up to the BBC or ITV he still would not be appearing on our screens.

That said I have very little time for him, he always strikes me as being incredibly smug and condescending. In fact I had a little titter to myself when his wife upped sticks.

Hmmm, my thoughts exactly. But I thought his book was going to be inspirational. How wrong I was.

I bought the book to hoping it would inspire me to better fortune . However I always like Noel edmunds from my swap shop youth memories and I was impressed how he did make it back from the divorce from his wife & outcast from british tv. So i thought the book would be good but it has put me right off him. As back saturn says he comes across as smug & the book is " me me me " with really NO tips on how to do cosmic ordering. Isold mine and got my money back -maybe my first steps to cosmic ordering after all !
However I must admit that some of the cosmic ordering books are in a similar vein with the writers twittering on about how great they are & being smug. I bought one by Stephen Richards and he is worse.Instead the books by Babel Mohr offer the best directions on how to cosmic order but I have still not be convinced.

    I've been Money Tipped!
I had a look at a Cosmic ordering book in Waterstones one day, can't remember the author. It just mainly want on about expecting good to happen and hoping for the best, as most of the books just state you get what you expect. If you expect the worst, the worst will happen. If you expect good to happen, it will happen.
