help required :can you actually park in putney after 6.30 or not ?

it says nothing about these on parkopedia

looking at the link seems to me that you can park after 6.30 pm in putney according to wandsworth council :
A2 Subzone - Putney
Operational 8.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Saturday
Maximum stay: 4 or 10 hours
any one have actualy knowledge from parking there ?
