tesco vouchers towards haven holiday?

Hi all
I am using tesco online currently due to asda codes being a bit pants!

If i save/ convert my points in to haven codes can we use them off any holiday there? Can you use it as part payment or not?

Wondering how worth it is doing it!

I'm not sure about what holidays etc.. but I do know that you have to ring them up to book, can't do it online. I found that out after booking through their website! Not bothered as we wanted to go whatever the cost, but still annoying! Glad I didn't actually change any vouchers up!
Best bet is to ring Haven and ask, just to be sure, unless anyone here has done it.

You can use the vouchers for full or part payment ... as many as you have ...

You do need to get them before you call and book ... and you do need to book over the phone and tell them at the start that you are using the vouchers ...

Also you need to send vouchers within 3 days of making the booking ... I did not know this last year and didn't send for about 6 weeks :eek: ... even so they were charming and accepted them anyway ...

A super way to use the vouchers ... we will entirely pay for our Summer break at Siblu in Spain with these this year ....

just before xmas haven had special offers, upto 50% off.

we got a caravan for £350,

however, if you pay with tesco vouchers, you cant use them on special offers, so the price of holiday was £700 in vouchers.

I had £350 in vouchers and was told id have to pay £350 cash , or just pay £350 cash and keep the vouchers for something else.Bit of a no brainer that one.I was a bit peed off to say the least.

I have used my vouchers for 4 different Haven hols now and have always got a discount, It is always more than booking online though, but cheaper than brochere price. I have never had any problems and have found the booking team very helpful. Looking forward to a week in Wales in June. Not paid for a holiday for a few years now, I also use vouchers for local attractions and meals out too, then we need minimal spending money.

You can only use the vouchers on the accomodation part of a booking though cant you ? Not for travel

That is what I was told when I queried it with Siblu

I too have never had any problems with discounted prices with Haven - except for the one time the discounted price was £25 more than the website discounted price that they couldn't match, but for a week away in August holidays with a mpuntain of kids, I was not moaning!

Again this year - a weeks holiday in August (Silver - 3 bed) is costing me just over £500. (when I say cost, I mean Mr T..................)

i had enough points to pay for my june hoilday to cornwall in full, i can comfirm that if using vouchers they cant be used with any other haven offers so unfortunatly the holidays full price has to be paid. you can however use the vouchers to either pay in full or part payment tell them on the phone when you ring to book that you are using tesco vouchers though and they give you 3 days to send them.

And as already mentioned twice on this thread, I can confirm that you can use them with discounts.


There are a lot of threads about Haven and tesco, and I think that it depends on who you get on the end of the phone when you call.


Mind you, even if you are having to pay full price, it is still a free holiday :T

We are choosing to fly there ... which Siblu do not do ... I meant for all of the accomodation part ...
