Fabulous evening - the food, wine and staff were top notch. There were 9 small courses, each with a part glass of quality wine/port chosen to compliment the course.

It took 3 hours and would have cost £110 a person. I don't think I would ever spend that much on a meal so it made the win that bit more special.

    We very nearly turned the prize down as we are both vegetarians and I thought that we wouldn't be able to do the meal justice as it is a fixed meal with no choices which meant we would have had to miss a number of courses.

    However whilst looking at the menu online I was surprised to see they had a separate vegetarian taster version so happy happy days indeed.
