3 x Finest Meal Deal + 3 small Blossom Hill £23.54

Ok.
3 Tesco Finest Montepulciano £8.29 each
3 Finest meatballs £5.25 each
3 Finest pea mint mash £2.65 each
3 Finest tartes cotton £2.50 each
3 Blossom Hill 187ml £2.29 each

Meal deal disc £24.82, 3 for £5 was £1.87 & further £1.59 as 6 bottles in total.

Then previous JTD coupon of £9.87 from buying previous meal deal.

Final £23.54 and I get to do it all again tomorrow, by putting my receipt for today into price checker again.

It gets better if you can push the initial amount up to over £40 to get next weeks £5 off £40 spend receipt from the till. I got some reduced clothing that does not compare on the price checker.

Good luck.

Have you seen how many calories are in those 'Cotton' tarts? They are really nice but, nice=calories. This month I'm trying to be nice to my body for a change!

Yes there are calories in them.
This food is probably meant for a treat rather than everyday.
My point was that if you were going to buy this type of food and wine you can buy it a bit cheaper.

Why has this been put in shopping, these deals don't last long normally and should be a grabbit.

This wine isn't included in the meal deal any more - I enquired if it was but they checked the system and it did not come up as part of the deal. Removed from the meal deal offer on the 1st of February apparently so I doubt it will work for anybody else. This wine was what was giving a good JTD voucher as it is £5 in Asda so if it's not part of the deal any more, it shoots your calculations in the foot a bit!

Did you actually get this after Feb 1st?

Plus you had a previous JTD voucher which not everyone will have!

I purchased 3 meal deals last Sat. I used my JTD from Sat this Fri. I got 3 more then and put in the details again. New voucher yesterday and 3 more deals. New voucher through today, but I have been busy entertaining and using up most of the deals. Same wine everytime.
Oh dear may not show online, but does go through the till. Someone gave you duff info and you have missed out. Can't believe you would take their word over my advice and I thought we were all friends.

It's hardly 'taking their word'! They scanned the items through the till for me and the wine you mentioned wasn't part of the meal deal. I queried it at CS who double checked and then showed me on their system that it was not part of the meal deal after Feb 1st.

and TBH, why should I believe a tale from a total stranger on a forum over the cold hard facts of an item that didn't scan as part of the meal deal when going through the till.
