they did something similar last year and it worked!! i just ordered the ultimate set and received confirmation!!
So they fixed the glitch within 1hour of it goin on here-hopefully nobody ordered a stupid (greedy) amount of them and they'll be honoured

Well I just received this email....
Thanks for your interest in the VIE at home website over the weekend … unfortunately we had a bit of a glitch with one of the offers you ordered, which was showing as £0.00.
This was caused by a system error which we managed to fix on Saturday afternoon, however unfortunately this means your whole order was cancelled.

I've just checked and just received the same email - have replied asking them to honour their pricing error as my order went through on Saturday night, so certainly wasnt corrcted by Saturday afternoon!!
Doubt they'll honour it, but if I dont try, I'll never know!! hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!0 -
I didn't see this glitch but it is not the first time it has happened with Vie as I spotted an eye pencil a while ago for 0.00 and ordered it just in case and same reply received!

not had any emails yet, but showing as shipped and free items still on my order, i ordered full price stuff as well so fingers crossed Make £2018 in 2018 - £9.500
