Can I reclaim for a pension sold to me in March 1994? I had a civil service pension which I transferred to a private pension.

Did you ask for a review prior to March 2000 ? Not sure if you are out of time now.0 -
What do you mean by reclaim?
A pension transfer is not necessarily bad advice. Indeed, back in 1994 you didnt need to seek advice to do a pension transfer. There was a period between 1988 and 1993 where pensions were reviewed and pension transfers in particular were looked at. However, yours would be outside of that if your date is correct.
Why did you transfer the pension?
Did you do it off your own back or through advice?
Did you in the 90s receive a pension questionnaire asking you about the pension?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
