I love these deals! I've ordered them twice before. Just to clarify as I never knew the answer to this - they are full sized not samples although you do get a free sample size one too.

    Don't forget quidco at 5%
  • Has anyone managed to get this to work? It accepts the code THANKS but then bills me for it. I am only adding the free item after adding the code so cant work out what I am doing wrong.

It seems the other item you buy must be full price. I had a sale item in my basket and it was charging for the gel but it worked when I added a non-sale item.

Yes, it says in the small print that the offer is not valid for sale items or for purchasing gift cards. I did use the £10 gift card I purchased last time round to pay for the hand cream though, so the only cash needed was the £4.95 postage. Only trouble is, I forgot to tick the gift wrap box (I always thought the free gift boxes were automatic, didn't realise you had to request them).

The gift boxes did used to be automatic. I only looked out for it this time as my last order before Christmas had no gift boxes so they must have changed it around then.
  • Have ordered two separate lots to get BOTH free. My bathroom is minimal but I don't mind matching MOLTON BROWN on display :) will be SO posh. Wonder if the glass butler holders are ever on offer? I expect I could survive without one. Thanks.
