Buy one get one free on the Matsui DTR 1 Freeview box

Currys are doing ‘Buy one get one free’ on the Matsui DTR 1 Freeview box bought at their web site.

Currys web site is: Currys & the page you want is: Matsui DTR1 . Make sure the Yes Please box at the bottom is ticked.

You will have to register etc & there is a £6.99 delivery charge, even so it works out at £25.99 a box.

I got mine yesterday & they work very well.

I don’t know if they are doing any other offers like this. They don’t seem to publicise this offer.

I ordered mine on 19th March and got an email from Currys to confirmmy order. I then heard nothing more from them so I emailed them yesterday to find out why they hadn't been in touch and today I got this reply;

Dear X

Thank you for your email which was received on 29 March 2005.

Unfortunately your order has been cancelled. This is because the item is now out
of stock.

I was able to get two of the boxes.
Came in big brown box. Quite niffty box, and at least it has a screen on box to show channels.
