It's the same people who did the same offer for the Economist. I got my free memory stick with that offer, no problem

I did this a couple of years ago and got the stick fine, tried again the other week got mag but no stick, I mailed them , they replied that there was no free stick with my subscription, I pointed out I replied by phone to a free offer and did not take out a subscription, I included the number I called, what day and time I called, what paper and what date the flyer was in, the free offer ref no, and pasted a copy of a mail asking me what I thought of the free copy?,

i tried this a couple of months ago with "The Week". Free issue and memory stick both came through, although memory stick came two weeks later than the magazine.
