I won a competition for tickets to an event, and had a phone call to confirm this.
The show is tomorrow and I've not received the tickets. I have tried to phone and have sent an email but I'm not willing to travel hundreds of miles the other end of the UK when I don't know how I'll get into the show.
Should I refer this to the IPM?

Maybe the tickets have been 'left at the door'....maybe you could phone and ask for the ticket office there to see if they have them.Such a shame you have been messed about like this...0

:jWell done on winning the tickets! I can certainly understand your reluctance to travel. If you can't get through to them to get satisfaction or tellig them you're going to complain, I certainly would. If they give a prize they should honour it!!!:mad:Comping challenges:

Was it for the outdoor show event at all. I won but they wont email backI hope that my child, looking back on today
Will remember a mother who had time to play;

Thanks. Yes, I did win the tickets...I entered the comp via here and the promoter who contacted me is legit. They told me they were sending me the tickets. I was going to ring the box office again later today to check if they're there though.0
