Pub to let, Estimated ingoing required?

Hi
Does anyone know what the question, Estimated ingoing required means? Im not sure if this means how much the company expect you to invest yourself before you take up a tenancy or how much the company expects your ingoings to be on a weekly/monthly basis.

The Griffin enjoys a prominent central position 5 minutes from the town centre. The exterior of the pub is attractive and internally is in good decretive order with quality fixture and fittings. Single bar server to the lounge area with a raised area and designated games area. The property is within easy walking distance of all local shops and amenities. It appeals both to locals and circuit trade at weekends. Ask ale range needs to be extended and food offer needs to be pub in place particularly at lunchtime.
Trading style:
Mid-market local for individuals or couples with the necessary skills to run this busy town centre local?s pub. Must have the ability to develop a rapport with the locals, maintain the existing pub team trade and have the necessary drive and enthusiasm to increase the income streams by offering regular entertainment, good quality cask ales and introducing a quality bar food menu. Basic catering experience would be useful although not essential

Traditional community local with central bar serving, lounge area raised are with pool and darts. Fully equipped catering kitchen on the ground floor.
