Apointment at JC to "make an action plan"?

Went to sign on today and the advisor told me that he needs to give me an poointment with another advisor to make an "action plan".
What is it? What does it involve?
I thought my agreement (6 actions per week) is my "action plan".
Have been signing on since August - if this makes any difference?
Anyone knows? Thanks a lot.
Found this and a bit worried;

The action plan is to decide where to go from there. You will have been signing on for more than 6 months so you can no longer reject jobs because they're not in your field or a comparable salary to your old one. So the action plan discusses the fact you now have to apply for everything from what you can do to flipping burgers and how you're going to do that.0
