Were about to join:j and I wondered if anyone knows please the approx costs of the meats,(especially the mince) cheese and eggs there. Also is there anything I should keep my eyes out for while there?

Normally 2.4 kg for about £14. It is often on offer. It is very very good quality. Meat at C0stc0 is not cheap but is of the highest quality.

The meat is fantastic quality - hubby works 5 mins away (otherwise its a two hour round trip for us) and often gets trays of chicken breasts and aberdeen angus mince that I then break down into 'portions'. Also great for cleaning/washing stuffs :D

The clothes are also good value and of course the xmas stuff is amazing!

I agree about the bakery items - I have been known to demolish cookies and muffins on the drive home!

The frozen salmon fillets are the best and taste wonderful. The range of ready prepared meals/ sandwiches are also very good.

Remember you need to add Vat to some items.

I got 4 very good sirloin steaks for about £20. Not the cheapest but they were excellent quality and really thick. Had them as a couple of treat meals instead of going out.

I agree with others about the quality - first class. Quite often there is a voucher in the newsletter thingy for money off some of the meats/fish which can make it a good buy.

I make a trip every 3 months or so to stock up and portion up to freeze. The pricing is always very clear (shows price without vat and then with), unlike m@kro who like to surprise you at the checkout!
