Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker Xmas Saver!
well today i did the small dfw thing of taking a cheque to the bank to clear one of my credit cards. bos took the money from me via charges, i took the money back from them via mse;) now i'm giving it back to them! :rotfl:

i'm also about to try and make a o/s banana bread and a big chickpea cury to freeze in portions (banana bread likely to get scoffed tonight!).

i'm also planning on clearing out my wardrobes and cupboards in the bedroom, unfortunatly due to a fight with ebay i shan't be selling any of it, but i'm gonna clear out my library (yes it's that big!) and perhaps sell some of them through amazon.

Ever wonder about those people who spend £2 apiece on those little bottles of Evian water? Try spelling Evian backward.

Done my saving someone else money, while wandering aroud Tescos someone was on about buying a product, so I told them where to find it cheaper :D sorry Tescos but tough luck shouldn't charge £15 more!

Put petrol in at Tescos to get the points, I think I got there on fumes as been putting it off all the time. Did some shopping when I was there but only bought Value products or what was on offer. If what I wanted wasn't on offer then went for the Value alternative (kitchen rolls etc)

Bought a toy half price in Argos, my first Xmas 2007 purchase :D
One day I might be more organised...........

  • Hello everyone

Am feeling quite chuffed - I got brave and asked people at work for the money they owed me for buying a leaving pressie for a colleague last month (rather than just saying "Whenever" or "it doesn't matter") - and I got nearly all the money back! :j

I also made my lunch and am making tea from bits and pieces left over.

Have a great evening everyone whatever you end up doing!

  • I had a NSD, worked some overtime, made my lunch, used some of the chicken and stir-fry veggies I bought earlier this week at reduced prices for dinner and got the parcel I had been waiting for - a birthday present for a friend at 75% off.

Tomorrow should be just as money-saving. :D
