First post.....I have just found 2 codes stuffed in my kitchen drawer...so I think they must be unused.
They are : NWJ4JEF4LW and JAL9YEJHLN.
Should be worth a try...hope these help someones quest for Kermit.

Here are 2 codes, they were sent to me by Cravendale when I asked them to replace 2 I couldnt read! Dont need them now.

Another thing people can do is post on freecycle and ask on there for codes I had 3 people send me codes, it's worth a go for the last scramble!
