Good morning, just off to work myself. Will have to give DS and DD money for school so that's £2 before I leave the house then there's lunch today (eat out on Thurs and Fri) which will be about £3, flapjack 55p (I'm addicted to them) and local paper 50p = £6.05 :( Not happy with that!
  • Should be my usual 35p for a packet of crisps with lunch and then abotu £1 to post out some letters today after work.

I need some new hairbobbles so i might have to detour and buy some... took me ages to root around the house to find one this morning!

I think I've given up on this month. I won't be going over my £400 pocket money and hopefully will save some, but we've just bought a puppy and they are expensive first off!!

However, today should be a NSD unless I decide to drink tonight (hey I'm giving it up for Lent, so I can drink mid-week :o )

This is my first post on one of these threads and I'm hoping today will be a NSD. I've got food in the cupboards that I can cook for tea and there's half a bottle of wine left from last night that I can drink tonight!

  • Hello all,

Today I have spent £8.79p in Superdrug on some shampoo, conditioner, face cream and two magazines. This should be it for today.

Have a good day all ;)

NSD here - have a work lunch meeting and dinner (spinach and ricotta lasagne) is defrosting at home. We have some wine left over too, and cannot wait to get home and scoff/guzzle! Hurrah! x

    morning all,

I am going to spend lots today unfortunately!

£3 on lunch- I need stodge before a night out
£40 budget for dinner and drinks tonight for OH's birthday, lots of us are going out (and OH usually subs me but as it's his b'day I can't expect him to pay for me). I have £100 left in my "me" account for tonight and this weekend (which is at OH's parents house so usually pretty cheap) so if I overspend it won't be a disaster.
    Have a good day everyone!
