Does anyone know how long builders keep the info of their past developments?
We're trying to follow this route as the VOA says in general all houses were valued using the square footage.
I was informed that that is how they did it, not by driving around as Martin says (sorry Martin) they went into properties and measured, if they could not gain entry they measured from the outside. I queried how they gained access to properties even from the outside, no comment.
When I asked that they measured all the houses in the country, they changed there answer again.
Do they know what they are talking about?????
