I been hearing and seeing this phrase for some time now and it's driving me bonkers :mad: I know what 0% means, but can someone please tell me what does the word 'representaive' in the context of a 0% interest loan actually mean?

Representative means that they have to give that rate to 51% of successful applicants. So if a person is higher risk they could be accepted for credit but at something more than 0%.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
