want to thank everyone for their advice (im sure ill need more)
well see how 16th goes (lets hope the year goes quick and we can try to rebuild our lives)

That's good news for you Molly.
At least they delay gives you time to do the forms gradually, bite size pieces as it were. When I joined, I needed a name. The forum members gave one to me...I am INAN

well done ,having a date is a big stress out of the way,do the forms a little every day and don't skip anything to go back to it later or you will be forever flipping back and forward.0

Hi molly,
Congratulations on taking the leap
Will you be joining the February Bankruptcy Club? There are a few of us on the way already!
I have my hearing on the 8th and am very nervous but, like you, the info and help on here has been amazing and by the time I emerged, blinking, on to the board, I felt like I knew what to expect and what will be expected of me.
Very best of luck to you,
Flo
