Any onepoll people finding this?

Hi all, I notice from the threads on here that there are a fair few people who use onepoll to try and get some extra pennies. I applied for my £40 payout ages ago and it still hasn't arrived. I requested it through paypal and the 28 days has long since come and gone. I have e.mailed them, (as they like to hear from us), and they haven't even had the decency to send me a reply. I did hear a rumour that they were in financial trouble and were not going to be able to pay us but the site is still offering surveys although I'm not doing any until I receive my payment. Has anybody got any thoughts on this? I wouldn't normally whinge on a forum but as onepoll can't be bothered to help me I thought that maybe somebody on here could. Many thanks.

There is a phone number at the bottom of their terms and conditions page. It's 02071383053
There is a problem with the so called prize draws as well. The list of winners hasn't been updated since September.
If you have a Facebook account Onepoll has a page on there and it seems that a few people are disgruntled with them and haven't been paid.
They do have contact details on their contact us page.

Many thanks for this information. I have seen these contact details on the site but I didn't want to write to or call them until I found out how many surveyers were in the same boat. May not have any choice though as I won't be very happy if they do a runner with my 40 quid! Hopefully they won't treat posted mail with the same contempt as they do e-mail. Thanks again for your help.0
