CSA Complaints

Does anybody have the address for the ACTUAL complaints department...I have sent my complaints through to the office dealing with our case, but they are constantly ignored and now need to start dealing with the 'arrears' issue.
Is it better just to go straight to ICE??
Thanks

Fill in the online form https://www2.dwp.gov.uk/csa/v2/en/complaint.asp to get a reply confirming receipt. Then go though the Complaints Resolution process if you don't get a response within 15 working days as per http://www.direct.gov.uk/prod_consum_dg/groups/dg_digitalassets/@dg/@en/@benefits/documents/digitalasset/dg_198866.pdf0

How long is it since you first sent in your complaint? I found that the CSA sometimes took around 3 months to respond and sometimes ignored my letters completely. If it hasn't been 3 months, there is still a chance that they may reply.
I also found that once you have got ICE involved, the CSA are much more helpful.0 -
Defo get in touch with ICE bit longwinded but they will sort out any issues you have with the csa. Once you have a case advisor you will be sorted!! The csa will be given deadlines that they must keep to
good luck0
