I will never buy from Sports Direct again. I sent back a pair of trainers that cost £13 plus £3.99 delivery. It cost me over £4 to send them back, but never mind that - I expected it.
Their returns policy clearly states that they will refund the delivery costs. Yet they have only refunded the £13. I sent 2 replies on different days to their email confirmation of the refund for £13 asking for the delivery costs of £3.99, but have had no response.
I tried emailing on the Contact Us page on their website, but when I submit the message it says "message failed". Now, I suppose, I have to write to them. Meanwhile I am out of pocket to the tune of over £8. Bu**er it!:mad:0 -
