One lucky winner will participate in a conservation programme where you’ll assist at a game reserve dedicated to the conservation of cheetahs and other big cats.
Take part in game drives, assisting the professionals with activities like tracking and monitoring the cheetahs to ensure their welfare, and help with hands-on reserve maintenance to make sure it’s all running like clockwork.
You’ll spend time getting involved in animal welfare programmes and feeding the big cats. Relish the opportunity to get close to some of Africa’s most iconic and inspiring animals in the wild!
Special terms and conditions:
1. The prize package is for one adult and includes a 14-night conservation trip to Namibia (more details can be found on www.inspiredbreaks.co.uk/Namibia-Cheetah). Included in the prize is return economy flights from the prize suppliers’ choice of London airport to Windhoek International Airport, airport transfers in Namibia, accommodation is based on one person staying in their own dome tent with A-frame thatched shelters in the heart of the Namibian bush, all daily game/animal welfare activities during your project, three meals a day, tea, coffee and squash (at meal times only), full support and assistance from the on-site staff. The winner must arrange personal travel insurance (including cover for repatriation), and necessary visas. The winner will need to provide/wear suitable attire. Travel other than stated, meals and beverages other than stated (including but not limited to soft drinks, wines and spirits), domestic transfers, any excursions over and above those included in the itinerary, spending money or any additional expenditure are not included in the prize.
2. Prize must be taken before 31 September 2012. Prize is only available on selected travel dates and is subject to availability. 2012 travel dates are: 24th Mar, 7th Apr, 21st Apr, 5th May, 19th May, 2nd Jun, 16th Jun, 30th Jun, 14th Jul 28th Jul, 11th Aug, 25th Aug, 8th Sep, 22nd Sep.
