Hi, me and my partner are in the process of buying a house for £86950. We are first time buyers with a joint income of just under £30000 a year. We need a 100% mortgage and heres where are problem started. My partner has a satisfied default on her credit record for £60 which is from a dispute with vodafone. This was paid in October 2006. This has obviously affected her credit score to take it down to very poor on experian. Before this she had an excllent score and has a number of credit cards and loans that are being paid in full every month. My credit score is down as poor as i have nothing on there as i have no loans or credit cards so no payment history to speak of. We have applied with Northern Rock through a mortgage advisor and we were refused. Just looking for any advice and whether or not it is likely we would be able to get a 100% mortgage at all. Thanks.
