Hi guys
Abit of background about me
I am 20 years old and live in Exeter with my sister and her BF.
After finishing my A Levels I started a foundation degree in Public Services, but I just found it too hard so quit.
At the time I was working Part Time at McDonalds. I am now fulltime there. It is a laugh, quite laid back. But I have been there a year now and am getting bored. Not great pay either, I am on about £800 a month.
I really want a new job but I don't have a clue what in. I don't know what I am good and to be honest, I don't know what I enjoy.
I have looked on local job sites and all there seems to be is manager positions. I am not really a people person, not that confident with customers.
If I had to choose something I would mind something like loft installation, or a trade similar to that, maybe an apprenticeship? But there doesn't seem to be anything about. I don't mind working outdoors either.
Any advice really would be appreciated

this is all rather woolly and impossible for anyone else who doesnt know you to advise?
can you look up your local careers service, who might be able to profile you and match you to potential job types? So you could direct your future studies from that.
Be careful though, these type of services can be extremely ambiguous!
as far as Maccas is concerned, from what I know of people who have worked there, (and indeed have close family members hwo have worked their way right up the ole management chain of command) they do offer development opportunities for those serious on a career...so I wouldnt rule it out either...as far as customers are concerned, you need to overcome this "not good with customers" thing, as there are very few jobs in the world that do not have customers of some kind, including the requirement to deal with customers in the trades you mention
If you want to pursue a trade, then also see what is available at your local college and research that trade some more, what you dont want to do is get in a trae which is not in demand or required where you live.
