    You have to work the night the clocks go back in October.

    ah now I have dealt with thisone when I ran a nightshift back in the day..(4 on 4 off)

    I paid the extra hour for those that had to do the 13 hour shift, but didnt dock their pay when they gained the hour..saves months and years of managing grumbles!
