Abbey 10year deal, good or bad?

Hiya, mortgage up 1st July, jumps up to 7.9% Looking to switch lenders and came up with a deal with the abbey 10years @ 5.64%, no upfront fees, allows for overpayments fee free up to 10% per year. So my payments would be £480.11/mnth for 10 years, thats on a 68,500.00 mortgage over 20yrs. Mt property is worth around £130k. Don't know what to do, Interest rates are surely going to go up, and for 10years is it a good thing? I'm single, earn £14500/year so struggle with the high street usuals. What do you think?
RIP Floyd - 19/04/09. I know i'll see you again my best friend forever.
