TERMS AND CONDITIONS
WIN A SPA BREAK WITH YOUR VALENTINE COMPETITION
1). The Prezzo "Win a Spa Break with your Valentine Competition" promotion is coordinated and promoted by Prezzo Plc.

2). By entering this competition, competitors will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the rules, and all entry instructions given are deemed to form part of the rules of the competition.

3). An entry in the draw will be taken as acceptance of these terms & conditions. Any breach of these t&c's by the winner will result in the forfeit of the prize.

4). Prize draw is open to persons aged 16 years or over who are UK residents, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents, and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

5). The competition begins on 30.01.12 and closes at midnight on 15.02.12. No entries outside this time will be accepted.

6). No purchase necessary.

7). The winner of the prize will be drawn at random from all entries entered.

8). The winners will be drawn by an independent person within a week of the competition closing date. The winners will be notified within 4 weeks of the competition draw by telephone/email.

9). In the event that the promoter is unable to make contact any winners within 10 days of notification, it reserves the right at its absolute discretion to award the prize to a substitute winner.

The prize offered by Champneys is for a pampering two night mid week break for two people at one of the luxurious Champneys spa resorts to include all meals, unlimited use of the facilities, two nights accommodation in a twin room, one Champneys relaxing facial and one therapeutic Thalassotherapy session per person.

3). Prize will be offered in the form of a gift voucher which is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

4). Non refundable.

5). Not available at Champneys Tring or on Saturday nights.

6). Minimum age 16.

7). Subject to availability.

PREZZO – ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1). There will be a 2nd place prize for the runner up of £100 in Prezzo vouchers.
