nothing to do with store managers im afraid, all stock on the weekend deals gets allocated. ie cannot be ordered, so once they decide how much a store is getting thats it, if they underestimate and it all goes on the sat, there isnt a thing that can be done.
the 6 per person usually only applies to the meat offer so people are free to stock up otherwiseMarch wins - Heinz sauce, 3DS game, Blu ray0 -

Got to fully agree with that.
Generally just the meat that has a limit of 6 packs per person. That can obviously be "tweaked" by buying once, then simply buying again at another till or another time etc, etc. You and hubby/partner/friend together would have a limit of 6 each.
Top offers go very quick and if it's for something you really, really want - get there at 8am (or as near as possible) on the Saturday morning - that's your best chance for success.
Lidl seems to have got busier of late, so the offers go much quickly as the limited allocated stock has a greater target.
It really is "first come, first served" and the "early bird catches the worm" - frustrating if you can't get there early and miss out, but these are great genuine offers and subject to availability.
Good luck for the weekend - long may they continue.

As there are posts listing the various regional meat offers it would be helpful if people could post the city they live nearest to, so that it is easier to anticipate what the offer will be in your area. I had chicken fillets last week ( Birmingham) and legs the week before. I am hoping for bacon this week. I too wish I got a leaflet.0
