No idea but if the contract was still valid. You could have VT'd the car and walked away.
The contract is broken at the first missed payment though which is bad news in this case.

Only if it was a regulated agreement, it was over £25kDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0 -

The total payments therefore most likely come in under £25k for the financed (monthly payment) part.
Is the balloon payment included as part of the financed agreement, therfore pushing it well over £25 to make it unregulated?0 -
If it's unregulated then why would a return of goods hearing be taking place?0

The agreement is for over 25k - it states if I have paid over a third a return of goods hearing would be needed to repossess the car.0

Can I ask what you are hoping to happen?
Seems odd to fight for some kind of payment plan to catch up on arrears when the balloon (which you don't have) is only a few months away.0
