    Are you being paid less than you are of value to your company? Sounds like you, but there wouldn't be much point employing you if not. Large companies always expect new graduates to work far beyond their hours and pay.

    The question you should be asking is; are you being paid your market value? And from your post it sounds like you are. Given your limit experience could you get a better paying job elsewhere? If so do! Otherwise try putting 2-3 years in at this company (obviously ask about pay at your PDR) to gain the experience and then start applying elsewhere.

    Not being funny, but I'd be happy with that pay for those hours. I've a degree, lots of experience in similar field but jobs in the midlands are few and far between so I've been on £15k basic in a call centre for the last few months.

    You've only been there 6 months, I wouldn't go asking for a raise just yet as your boss may just see you are being greedy.

  • of course you are not getting paid enough. but legally, you are on the minimum wage so that is enough by legal standards if this is your first job
