Renting a Room to a Foreign student/letting two bedrooms in Edinburgh festival

Looking for some help... Does anyone have any ideas on how to register with an agency, looking to maybe take in foreign exchange students.

Or could think about letting out my two spare rooms in Edinburgh festival July - August.

Any help would be appreciated!!

Letting agents will charge a fee and/or commission. Easier route is to contact your local secondary schools as they always need rooms for their language assistants. Also worth contacting the University and/or college student offices as they will have staff on secondments.

You got the students in term time and July-Sept you got the Festival, you got it made!

Try Gumtree. I was looking for a new lodger around festival time and there were loads of people both with spare rooms and looking for rooms just for the festival sticking ads on there.

Wish I could persuade my Mum and Dad to let out a couple of their rooms during the festival (and cut me in on the cash as well!)
