help required please

:mad:hi everyone just relying this story for a friend of mine,there are loads of stories on here about web pages/sites misleading info, promising not to take fees etc.
well sorry to dissapoint but this is another one of those full of promise and within 5 days wham 79.00 gone a bit like harry potter.
well the person concerned says now she was a fool for not reading the advise given on here,
but she just requires a little help please
she applied for a loan for what ever reason, got phoned up on the way to work took the call did the thing that we all love to do and part with debit card details.
she asked which company it was FLM LOANS. CAME THE REPLY WE DONT CHARGE ANY UP FRONT FEES.
theres the problum it was a broker I think pretending [or what ever you call it]
to be this company
the main thing is ITS A GUARTOR LOAN WHICH SHE CANT PROVIDE.
A GUARANTOR FOR.
ALL THE RUBBISH CAME IN THE POST, she has talked to the ombudsman who is writing aletter to this company this is the name of company,[ flm] [the company that took the money is A K MANAGMENT UK] saying she not happy with the way they have opperated? the ombudman cant trace a compNY of that name, shes not that cleaver on computor at tracing things etc
has anyone any advise regurding how to track the address down of this company please so she can try and get her money back.
but i gess that will be impossible

    Can't quite decipher all that, but I think the best advice is for her to read the the paperwork she got, and follow their complaints/refund policy. Probably will be one there somewhere, although it will probably take time. It'll probably involve writing to an address, requesting a refund.

    And then tell her to stop answering the phone.

    You only have to start typing AK Management into Google and up they come right at the top of the page so not sure why the ombudsman would not be able to to exactly the same.

    Well heres details for a A K Management UK but no idea if the same 1, another page for the same firm.

    You just need to use www.google.co.uk

    No idea why the ombudsman couldnt find any info.
