I got them due to a complaint regarding the lack of customer service at the Debenhams Store in Manchester. I had been to the store on two occasions and not been able to get served as there aas no staff on duty. This was at lunch time on one occasion and another time it was 5pm on a weekday. I just emailed them and expressed my disappointment that a city centre, large store like this did not have a manned counter at what are surely busy times for them.

They replied to my email apologising and said they would send some samples in the post, which they did.........twice :beer:
