    I got the garnier moisture match samples and the red cross sent me some cards with envelopes, a bookmark and 2 coasters. There nice plus i know have a waterstones discount card as well as a staples card. staples sent me a letter saying I could get a 145 piece tool kit if I spent over £39 excluding vat so I got 7 black ink cartridges as I needed some. There the cheapest and you get discount on the 2nd too. 10% off with card ;)
    I forgot about the free polar gel which is very good if you have aches and pains from playing too much sport etc.
