A reasonable day today:

Got a voucher from Northern Rail to get a free weekend ticket for train travel for 4 people.

L'Occitance sample and invite to go in for a free facial and hand massage.

A refund of a postage charge after some items were delivered in a disgraceful condition.

And I went to get the free facial from Origins today but because someone had rung in sick they couldn't do it, shame they couldn't have rung me and told me seeing as they had my number. :mad:

Hope to get some free samples out of them after having a moan about this.
