Have just had a pack of marzipan from a baking mad comp - not quite sure what to do with it though? If it had arrived before xmas it would have been easy! Oh well will start looking at recipes!

Back in the 70's my Gran use to split a pack of marzipan in to 4 block's,get 3 food colour's and dye a block in each colour and leave the last one plain and then she would make them into little easter egg's to give to the younger grandchildren.

Thanks everybody for the replies, i did send givaudan a email, got a reply asking for my address so does that mean i am on the panel or have to wait to be accepted after filling out further details?

Good idea - but unfortunately it is best before March 2013!! Think it must be left over xmas stock!!

They should send you a magazine sized questionnaire to fill in and return and then you should be in.
