Some are posted in other threads on the Freebies board, and there are websites like Magic Freebies UK that will send you a daily email of available freebies.

My own freebies for today:- A trolley token and free cloth bag as an opening gift from the brand new Ald! in my town.
Plus I used a £5 voucher off a £30 spend that came on a leaflet through the door. The shop was so busy and I was 25 minutes in the queue, but it was worth it.
