    £5 staples voucher - I contacted them about the bag I won on their back to school quiz as there were out of stock -so they sent me a voucher instead.

    £2 nestle voucher - "genuine complaint" - about minor issue

    £2 Gu voucher - compliment months ago

    Selection of Stabilo left handed pens and pencils - Really amazed they sent this - I do a lot of writing at work so this is really great!
