I got four mini cans of Batiste dry shampoo as there was a platoon of women handing them out in Broadmead in Bristol this afternoon, and it was not possible to get past without them thrusting cans into your hand. There was an approximately four feet gap between women, mind, so you'd think some of them may have realised that their colleague had 'got' me already. :rotfl: Still, I'm not complaining as I've got two for my friend's Xmas hamper and two for me.
Then we walked around the corner towards Poundland :money: and I was handed two pots of Ambrosia rice pudding- chocolate and apple flavours- from a woman in a fetching custard- coloured gilet.
By the end of the day I was struggling under the weight of it all... Oh, and the children didn't like the puddings, so I now know that I needn't buy them so it was even more MSE!They call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm.

Nothing, expect an email from the B&B we booked for our night away saing they'd double booked us and can offer us another room at 15% discount (would normally have jumped for joy at this unexpected discount, except the only room they have left has the loo, basin and bath actually in the bedroom - what on earth? - I have no desire to hear my OH's morning ablutions, thank you very much). :-(Would LOVE to win:
