Hey all! I'm new to this board and was just wondering, to those of you who send compliments do you tend to write letters or emails? and which method have you found yields the most freebies? :-D

i ordered my dad a razor and it arrived around fathers day. nothing to do with his birthday. sounds like to get the evian water we will all have to write in.

Your answer would be email as if you sent letters you would have to pay the costly postage.

On occasions as the mood takes I sometimes send complements. Go around the cupboards for items you like and then send the company an email not forgetting to enclose your name and address. Some times you will get an email back with "thank you for your feed back" if you are lucky they may send you a voucher for a £ or 2.
It all helps with the food bill and company's like to hear what the customers think of their product.

I got a fair few things
£3 in Airwick vouchers.
Gilette razor in my name. I ordered one in my brother's name as well and he opened it when I wasn't in. My mum said 'Are you leaving that there for Kay?'and he went 'No, she can bum off, it's in my name!' Charming! It was for him anyway but still So that's two we got this morning.
I also got two packets of frontline through the post, one for each of my dogs. Brilliant customer service from this company! I'm really thankful!
Also got some twinings tea samples.

Also, I wasn't in and something needed signing for so now I have to wait until monday
