Why doesn't the son feel like he has any responsibility?is there a way mum can pass the debt back to her son? Why hasn't he worked in 3 years? Non of this helps but he needs a talking to. How could you do this to your mother?0

Hope she has learnt her lesson and doesnt keep opening her purse to her son. The best bet really is to put the debt on her house if she has one and continue paying the amount onto the mortgae to over pay at a reduced rate. Other then that then over paying is the way but make sure the son pays towards it to lean some responsibility even if a small amount.
Also make sure you advise the bank of his current address.0
